There will be a number of USERGROUPS of these FORUMS. There will be 'farmers' or food producers who are sellers, transporters [maybe more than one for each shipment -  we will see how the system evolves, which will surely vary in different parts of the world], and consumers.

 This BB will be GLOBAL, and it is conceivable that this BB will be used to arrange transport of food around the world, as well as to within a few kilometers, or even a few meters, of the 'farm'.

As well, people are likely to be members of more than one usergroup.  FARMERS, and FOOD PRODUCERS will most certainly be CONSUMERS, also. 

Agreeing with the principles of bio-mimicry, in particular, distributed processing, consumers in cities could be encouraged to grow some of their own fruit and vegetables, and MAYBE POULTRY, and EGGS, [depending on laws, and regulations in your locality] and sell excess over this BB.  It beats a sign on the front fence, and will be seen by many more consumers.  With the rapidly rising prices for food, and food shortages around the world, this growing one's own food, is becoming an imperative, and most feasible, for even more people.  An added advantage of city mini farms [CMFs] is that more people may follow principles of incorporating 'organic waste' into the soil to improve fertility, soil structure and water holding capacity of soil  and wormfarming see     This can greatly increase carbon sequestration, improve water management, reduce the need for landfil sites and greatly reduce waste so improving waste management.  It is likely that CMFs would trade by BARTER with other CMFs, as each would appreciate the time constraints each has and the value of time.

There exists the opportunity for NEW ENTREPRENEURS to emerge.  We envisage two initially:  'Aggregators', at the farmers' end of the business, and 'distributors' at the consumers' end. These will be 'GROUP LEADERS' of their own group whose members are already members of the 'producers' or 'consumers' USERGROUPS.  As the growth of this BB will mean so much more of the sales of fresh food will be DIRECT SALES, the traditional  providers of this service may consider becoming a 'distributor' GROUP LEADER.  Existing FRUIT & VEGETABLE SHOPS may become 'distributor' GROUP LEADERS.  As such, they will not need expensive SHOPPING CENTRE retail floor space.   CONSUMER CO-OPERATIVES are likely to be formed with each CONSUMER CO-OPERATIVE having its own separate USERGROUP.

As so much of this method depends upon the self assessment of the producers, as to quality, an integral part of this BB will be a FEEDBACK FORUM. That would be the FRESH FOOD FEEDBACK FORUM.  There, all participants in these forums, may be rated.  It is expected that the initial growth of this BB will be tentative, and the growth can come from any part of the world.

While I have been disabled, I have had to bear the brunt of continual attacks, bullying, cheating, fraud and corruption.  It has seemed like I was considered fair game. My appearance is another disability, and is recognized in the Australian Commonwealth legislation  named the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 [DDA], definition of Disability, and my appearance is somewhere between UGLY and looking a FREAK with a mis-shapened skull, cranium, and the consequence of 'disfigurement'.  People do not notice straight off, what it is that 'puts them off', but then other bullies pick up on that negativity, and so feel they can feel better about themselves if they attack me. As a kid I could defeat them with my intelligence, but then the medical events intervened, bad enough, but then I had to endure the MEDICAL INCOMPETENCE on top of that. I am improving now, even more than from all the adaptations I had made to enable me to study and obtain four degrees and now be doing my PhD, as a result of my diagnosing the underlying cause and having it professionally confirmed. However, I am still disabled due to the brain damage [clinically significant brain atrophy] I have suffered as a direct of the medical incompetence. I am now lining up the parties who have cheated me and bullied me over this 40 years.  In fact ALL BULLIES ARE NOW IN MY SIGHTS.  My web SITES will see to them.  Some of the biggest bullies in our whole world, are the rspca, in both the UK and Australia. Just like all bullies, they only attack weak and vulnerable people, who are usually being attacked already by other bullies. Over those intervening 38 years, to 2003, Medical Doctors have mistreated me through their incompetence, mis-diagnosis and possibly greed for most of that time since1965.  I had to diagnose myself, have my General Practitioner doctor refer me to a specialist and then have a sleep study to confirm the diagnosis by myself.  Both doctors told  me they thought Obstructive Sleep Apnoea [OSA] unlikely, due to my not having the requisite 'physiology'.  In March 2003, the sleep study confirmed that I had Obstructive Sleep Apnoea [OSA].  If anyone is interested, I have published a narrative of that period,with links immediately following.

I now have clinically significant Brain atrophy.  I can do nothing about that.  As I detail in the narrative of that 38 years of my life, life has been very difficult for me and just reasoning was most laborous, but I kept at it and it became easier..  Well, now that my OSA is under control/management, I am continuing to make improvement.  For most of the 38 years, my weight was 103kg [230lb].  When my OSA was confirmed with the sleep study, my weight was 93kg [208lb].  Today, [20080802] my weight is 71kg [156lb] and still dropping.  [I am now 185cm - 6'1" - but was in 1967 188cm - 6'2".]   Increased body weight includes increased body fat which collects in and around the throat as well.  This causes the throat to close during sleep, so obstructing the airways and causing me to wake and so not have deep sleep, as well as periods of oxygen deficiency, so causing a degree of brain damage over time.  Those damaging drugs from the mis-diagnosis also cause some brain damage as did the ECT.

I am free of OSA provided I sleep on my side, and I do.  Although I obtained my four undergraduate degrees while I was suffering from the negative effects of OSA, I am noticing my intellectual ability improving slowly but surely all the time, now, since I have been managing my OSA..  However, with the brain atrophy and brain damage I have suffered, I will always be disabled and will always need to make allowances for my disabilities as has become second nature to me now.

Australian CORRUPTION EXPOSED

This corruption is centred on the COURTS, the JUDICIARY,  and the LEGAL PROFESSION across Australia.  This extends from the HIGH COURT of AUSTRALIA, through all the lower courts and tribunals in Australia   The corruption then SPREADS to all POLICE  and PUBLIC SERVANTS in Australia.  Corruption does not mean that all decisions are perverse.   Corruption means that  many pivotal decisons are corrupt, and the corrupt system then conceals them.  Hence, merely showing that one or a few decisions, even high profile ones are correct, does not mean the system is not corrupt.  This corruption is "secure" and likely to continue due to the interdependence of the judiciary and the respective parliamentary majorities/[executive governments], and that these then attempt to monopolise the "high moral ground".   Most are trained lawyers with the "gift of the gab" and able to seemingly "justify" the perverse decisions, including demonising any individuals not in their den.

AUSTRALIA IS RIFE WITH CORRUPTION but the majority of it is concealed, or not understood by the majority of Australians.  Both major POLITICAL PARTIES, Labor and Liberal, are culpable and consider this is just part of the "game" of politics and that being corrupt is just being "smart".    Politicians and their close associates are a  separate class to the Australian people.
The Australian Government has corrupted the High Court of Australia.  THIS HAS MAJOR CONSEQUENCES FOR AUSTRALIA POLITICALLY ON the WORLD STAGE. Australia attempts to pontificate from the HIGH MORAL GROUND and be the “BULLY OF THE PACIFIC”. America [USA – Bush] is attempting to diminish recognition of its INTERNATIONAL crimes by seeming to associate with a densizen of the “high moral ground” [Australia], whereas in fact, Australia is a cesspool of hidden corruption and secret agendas.  The hidden corruption is spread across layers of government, [elected and “public service”], POLICE, [Queensland and Federal], the judiciary, legal profession, EDUCATION, UNIVERSITIES and business. It occurs in many dimensions. Much of the corruption is for the “cover-up” of incompetence, and other corruption. Some members of my “family” have gained some “inspiration” from some of this corruption, utilising corruption in the legal profession and judiciary.       
 
The www is the ideal medium to present The EVIDENCE of this corruption when that evidence is documented and the statements of others where those statements are public records. I WILL PUBLISH THE FACTUAL EVIDENCE HERE. My purpose with this site is to assemble that evidence and the logical linkage for the UNCHALLENGABLE CONCLUSION that CORRUPTION IS RIFE IN AUSTRALIA.  I have special skills in assessijng this aspect. I am first and foremost a MATHEMATICIAN with maths majors in my BSc and BA. As well, I am fully trained to be admitted as a lawyer.
